Betty Dickens

Betty Dickens has over 31 years of public service experience serving as front-line staffer, associate professor, supervisor, manager, and executive director in university, town, county, state and federal government including the Department of Interior, Department of Agriculture, Coconino/Maricopa/Pima Counties, Catalina Foothills School District, and the Town of Oro Valley. Betty has administered training and development, operations and human resources services for diverse organizations. She also has a mix of 5 (five) years of service with non-profit and for profit organizations.

Betty is a certified master training and has taught for the University of Arizona, Arizona State University and Maricopa and Pima Counties. She has been a presenter for the Certified Public Manager (CPM) and Human Performance Certification programs offered through Arizona State University, Municipal Clerks Institute and Arizona’s Fire Chiefs Association.

Betty received her BS and MS from the University of Arizona in Agriculture, HR Management Certification from the University of Phoenix and Certified Public Manager, TQM and Human Performance Management certifications from Arizona State University. Betty has served on the CPM Advisory Board for Arizona State University.
