Christine Hazen Molina is CEO/Founder/Principal of Heartfelt Workforce & Lifeforce, a consulting firm that provides organizations with Strategic Consultation in the area of Professional Development & Executive Coaching for Leadership Success.
Christine has over 25 years of extensive experience in professional training, coaching and consulting for human behavior in the workplace through soft skills mastery with Emotional and Social Intelligence training. She is skilled at curriculum development and facilitation of professional development training programs. She partners with leaders in organizations to create solutions for people problems in workplace through leadership development, strategic communication, strategic partnerships and collaboration, culture agility, human relations and Executive Life Coaching for success.
Christine has worked with public and private sectors clients facilitating Emotional Intelligence training and coaching in the City of Tucson’s Ignite Leadership Academy, City of Phoenix, Tucson Water, Tucson Police and Securaplane Technologies, Kaiser Permanente, Better Business Bureau of Southern Arizona to name a few.
Prior to her consulting/coaching practice, Ms. Hazen Molina spent over 25 years in Administrative Leadership, Strategic Planning and Finance as a co-owner and Human Resources Manager for a large construction firm employing over 300 employees in Tucson, Arizona.
She is on the Pima County Workforce Investment Board, a member of SHRM of Greater Tucson, and a member of Tucson Women at the Top, and is currently their Board President
Ms. Hazen Molina has a Graduate Degree in Spiritual Psychology from University of Santa Monica (USM) and is also a Certified Soul-Centered Professional Coach from USM. She is a Certified Group Coach through the International Coaching Federation. In her personal life she and her husband Fernando love to spend time hiking in nature around their homes in Tucson and Flagstaff.
