Johanna Hernandez

Johanna Hernandez has over ten years of experience working in local and federal government creating and supporting programs that combine user centered design with making data driven decisions.  As the Administrator for the Office of Innovation for the City of Tucson, Johanna is driving organizational and cultural transformation by changing the way the City thinks about how they serve the community, with a focus on collaboration with the customer, value creation, and creating deep and wide impact.   Through intentional blending of Lean Innovation practices and process improvement methods, Johanna ensures that the City not only provides the most effective and efficient programs and services, but that they are the right programs and services for the customer.
