Stimulating Workplace Motivation
Are your employees motivated? Up to 87% of workers worldwide are emotionally distant from their work, according to a 2013 study by Gallop. Organizations within the public, nonprofit, and private sectors grapple with how to keep a diverse workforce motivated. Absent the needed stimulus, even intrinsically motivated employees, such as many who are in public service, can become derailed.
This seminar introduces a systematic and adaptable set of guidelines for diagnosing workplace situations and for customizing your motivation plan to fit your unique leadership style and environment. Various classroom activities will generate multiple points of feedback, thereby enhancing the takeaway of practical techniques, applicable to a diverse array of workplaces.
