  • Gain strategies to create an engaged workplace
  • Recognize causes of disengagement and obtain techniques to address disengagement factors
  • Understand the role of motivation and engagement in employee performance, retention and organizational success

Facilitator

After nearly 10 years of providing learning and development expertise in different industries, in the public and private sectors, with large corporations and small locally owned business, Brandy Ferrer, President/CEO and Co-Founder of Pathfinder Strategies, came to understand one simple truth: great teams don't just happen. Dynamic, high performance teams require the commitment and engagement of leaders AND team members alike. This is vital because teams are the lifeblood that keep organizations running.

It was with this idea that Brandy launched Pathfinder Strategies in 2012. Her goal: to help organizations increase their effectiveness by harnessing the power of their people. From hiring the right talent, to building and aligning teams, to growing leadership skills-the people are what makes everything work. Since 2012 Brandy has developed a suite of specialized services to help organizations thrive in these areas.  More...
