Kerby Rapp
Kerby Rapp has worked as a manager, business owner, trainer and instructor for more than 35 years. Having worked at the federal, county and local level, Kerby brings real world experience from the public sector; and as a successful business owner, he also understands the challenges of developing small businesses.
Kerby has an MPA from NAU. He is also a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Staff and Command, along with the Arizona State University Certified Public Manager Program.
Dr. Janet Woolum
Janet has worked for over 15 years in performance management, specializing in helping managers in local government develop useful and meaningful performance measures. Currently, she is the Performance Administrator for the City of Mesa overseeing the City’s performance management, continuous improvement, and data analytics programs.
