The Management and Leadership Institute offers a variety of seminars that will enable you to tailor your professional development plan to your unique goals and objectives. Each seminar is designed to enhance your effectiveness as a leader within your organization.
Bob Ramsey Executive Education is Arizona's path to earning Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) or Master Municipal Clerk (MMC) credentials. The Clerks CMC (Institute) and MMC (Academy) are offered every year in June. Website is updated once logistics are finalized with location, lodging and registration information.
Professional Development for Public Service
A center within the School of Public Affairs in the College of Public Service and Community Solutions, Bob Ramsey Executive Education is dedicated to improving the effectiveness of the people and organizations that serve communities. Through the center's programs and seminars, public service professionals can enhance their management and leadership competencies and can earn the Certified Public Manager®, Certified Municipal Clerk, or Master Municipal Clerk credential.
