CPM: National Certified Public Manager® Consortium

CPM Program - Classroom Format
(August 2025 through June 2026)

Location

We only have capacity to deliver two in-person CPM cohorts per year. In recent years, we have delivered a cohort in Chandler and a cohort in Tucson.

For August 2025, the Town of Camp Verde is offering to host a cohort for its surrounding communities. We could plan for a CPM cohort in Camp Verde if it could generate a higher number of registrations by May 1st than a possible cohort in Tucson. Similarly, we could consider a cohort at another Maricopa county location if that location could generate more registrations than a cohort in Chandler.

Program Eligibility

To be eligible for the Certified Public Management® Program, applicants are required to have completed at least 60 hours of learning activities that address the CPM Competencies. This requirement can be fulfilled through completion of one of the approved Supervisor Academies or other learning activities that address the CPM competencies. To begin the application process, please follow the link below and submit your completed CPM Application. Admitted applicants will be provided further instructions.
