Dr. Marcia Nation has over 25 years of project management experience in the public and non-profit sectors. She is presently owner and principal of Nation Evaluation Consulting, LLC, a program evaluation consulting firm.

Chrys Davis served nineteen years in the fire service, seventeen spent as a firefighter with the City of Glendale and five years spent with the U.S. Army. He is a consultant and speaker with the Center for Executive Excellence, and serves on various committees.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, an MBA from Grand Canyon University’s Executive MBA program, and a Certified Public Manager® certification from Arizona State University.
Patricia Walker was promoted to City of Chandler Management Services Director in April 1995, after serving as Assistant Management Services Director since July 1993. Prior to that, she served as a Management and Budget Officer for the City since June 1989. She held the position of City Accountant for the City of Chandler, and the City Accountant position for the City of East Peoria, Illinois. She has twenty-nine years of governmental finance and administrator experience.
Bruce Walls is a Commander with the Police Department in Peoria, Arizona. Prior to being hired as a Peoria police officer in 2001, he served 20 years in the United States Air Force and retired as a First Sergeant.
He enjoys designing and implementing new programs, and has taken the lead in directing various programs in addition to his daily responsibilities. He possesses exceptional interpersonal skills and a keen ability for seeing the overall picture.
Kevin is a Commander with the Phoenix Police Department. In his years with the Department, he has received several honors. In 1984, he was presented the Department’s highest award, the Medal of Valor. He is also the first recipient of the Department’s Conchos-Davis Award for Heroism and Bravery; named after two fallen Phoenix Police Officers. In addition, he received the Medal of Merit, several certificates of recognition for individual acts, and numerous citizen and supervisory commendations.
Tammy Perkins is a former City of Phoenix executive with over 30 years of service in local government management. Her Phoenix work assignments included Interim Deputy City Manager, Senior executive in the City Manager’s Office, Acting Water Services Director, Neighborhood Services Director, and Lobbyist at the State Legislature.
Dr. Gregory Neidert has spent over 35 years teaching & researching the science of social influence. He specializes in applied research which identifies solutions to remedy large scale social and organizational problems. In addition, he developed the Core Motives Model of Social Influence. This model helps individuals understand how and when to most effectively employ the Six Principles of Influence for maximum impact.
